We celebrate Eid in Kuwait this year. The celebration in Malaysian Embassy was a joyful event. Started with solat sunat raya then we were introduced to the newly appointed Ambassador Datuk Adnan and her wife Datin Azlinda; both are very humble and friendly in person. We are served with plenty of delicious foods like lontong and nasi kerabu, to name a few and yummy cookies. I take the opportunity to meet new friends and Alhamdulillah, every went well.

Together with the Raya celebration, we also celebrate Merdeka Day since the 54th Independence Day falls on the 2nd day of Syawal.
